Processes and procedures for a student to withdraw from an approved course

Withdrawal from Courses

A student who wishes to withdraw from an approved course* or part of an approved course should provide notice in writing to the School via email to registrar@sydneyartschool.com.au

The email should state that you wish to withdraw from a course at Sydney Art School.  The email title and content should detail the following;

  • The request type i.e. Request for Withdrawal
  • Your full name.
  • The course name.
  • The requested date of withdrawal.

 Re-enrolment in an approved course after withdrawal

A student who wishes to enrol in an approved course* or part of an approved course after an earlier withdrawal must give written permission in writing (after the withdrawal) to the School via email to registrar@sydneyartschool.com.au

The email should state that you wish to re-enrol in a course at Sydney Art School.  The email title and content should detail the following;

  • The request type: i.e. Re-enrolment after Withdrawal
  • Your full name
  • The course name
  • The requested date of re-enrolment 

Withdrawal Before Census Day 

A student may withdraw from an approved course or part of an approved course before Census day at no cost.  Other than providing written advice of the withdrawal ther are no financial, administrative or other barriers to withdrawal.
