What You Will Do & Learn
Experiment with various media and equipment including pencil, charcoal, ink, pastels Develop skills in techniques to draw what you see. Learn from award winning artists the creative interpretation they bring to their works. Be mentored to develop your own style and expression in your art Explore concepts and create your own finished works of art.
Materials
Basic Materials
– a selection of pencils (e.g. HB, 2B, 4B) & sharpener or sharpening knife
– kneadable eraser
– visual diary (A3 size recommended)
Your tutor will advise other specialised materials needed
What do I need to bring to class?
If you already have some materials don’t feel the need to rush out and buy any more. Just bring them to your first class and your tutor will give advice on what additional materials you will need.
If you don’t have any materials the resource kits in the shop provide the essential materials with good quality at an affordable price.
When you order online the kit will be prepared and be ready for you at your next class (please allow 2 days notice).
