Tutor

Valeriia Sedlak is a multimedia artist with over six years of experience in art education.

Since 2021, she has been an artist educator at Sydney Art School, where she inspires creativity and hones the skills of her students of all ages. Currently in her final year at UNSW, majoring in Painting and Printmaking within the Art, Design, and Architecture degree. 

Valeriia combines traditional and contemporary techniques to create evocative artworks. In 2023, she received a prestigious scholarship from UNSW, enriching her knowledge through further studies in Europe, including the United Kingdom and Italy.

Valeriia’s diverse cultural background and rich educational experiences inspire her teaching approach, fostering connections between people and cultures. Through her guidance, she aims to evoke emotions, provoke thought, and inspire a deeper appreciation for the arts in her students. She encourages them to explore their creativity, develop their artistic skills, and understand the cultural significance of art in a global context.
