A rare opportunity to learn in person from a finalist in Australia's most prestigous portrait prizes
Apple is a multiple finalist in the prestigous Archibald prize. But don't let that daunt you. She loves teaching students who are just starting out in developing their own artistic skills.
In her classes you will benefit from the breadth of her experiences. She draws upon the foundation skills she learnt as an artist in China mixed with her own discovery of colour and style that she has developed in her own career.
In this art class you will be introduced to techniques to blend colours to create art that provides "likeness" in tones for still life paintings and portraiture in a way that we have not seen anyone else use before.
Beyond technical skills you will gain insights into the rare skill of how to reflect the soul of your subject.
