This Sunday will  be the last workshop for 2012.  And we leave the best for last with an "Absolute Beginners" workshop this time with the theme of Landscapes.

With holiday season around the corner it's the perfect time to brush up (so to speak) on your skills to get ready for some plein air painting.

The tutor Mitzi Vardill had 8 of her students achieve finalists places in this recently finished Hornsby Art Prize.

 

Absolute Beginners - Art Workshop


Everybody started to learn to draw and paint at an early age.  But somewhere along the way most people lost the time to keep doing art - even though it was fun.

Isn't it time to do something for yourself again and rediscover the pleasure of creating something with a paintbrush?

This workshop is run by one our most popular tutors who has the gift of being able to help everyday people get into the groove of painting and drawing.

Full of practical advice on everything from how to paint and draw, choice and care of equipment and materials, and what to do next.  You will go home with you new piece of art and the confidence and inspiration to create more.
