Anime & Manga Art Workshops & Courses (Ages 10 – 16)

In these workshops, students will;

• Learn Anime and Manga Drawing Techniques – Master the foundations of character design, including proportion, facial expressions, and costume details.
• Create Original Manga Characters and Stories – Develop unique characters and bring them to life through professional storytelling and page layout.
• Use Professional Art Materials – Work with traditional tools like dip pens, black ink, and artist-quality markers to create authentic manga artwork.
• Build Creative Confidence – Follow step-by-step demonstrations and receive personalised guidance from experienced art tutors.
  
  

Each workshop is designed to suit all skill levels, from beginners who want to learn how to draw anime characters to more experienced young artists aiming to refine their manga illustration and storytelling. Students can choose to enrol in a single workshop or combine multiple sessions for a complete anime and manga art experience.

• Character Design Workshop:
  studio pen and ink materials will be made available for student use
  (these remain in the studio)A3 paper will be provided

• Storytelling & Page Layout Fundamentals:
  A set of 12 Coloured Markers (double tipped) suitable for anime & manga art will be provided
  (Each student will take home their own set of anime & manga coloured markers to keep)
  A3 paper will be provided
