Matthew Kentmann

The NSW Coast is a source of inspiration and a point of departure for my practice. 
Mathew has been a finalist in some of Australia's most prestigous painting and drawing prizes including;
  • Archibald Prize 2015
  • Doug Moran Portrait Prize 2016, 2015, 2012
  • Dobell Prize for Drawing - 2011, 2003
 He is an Honours Graduate of College of Fine Arts,  holds a Bachelor of Teaching, and is a teacher at a private school in the northern suburbs of Sydney.
